We want you to get the very best from your new product, from set up to repairing it quickly if a problem occurs. That's why we've introduced Total Parts Protection Plan (TPPP).

If something should fail, you will be guaranteed a fast, dedicated which should see you up and running in no time.

For 12 months we will cover any manufactured part on the product which should fail, this can be extended to 2 years if you contact your respective reseller.
What's included in the plan?
  • Helpful Customer Service with 2-3 hour response time
  • All electricals parts covered*
  • All mechanical parts covered**
  • Delivery/Collection charges paid of any parts required
Unlimited repairs
No matter how many times your product develops a mechanical or electrical fault during the term of the plan, we will repair it.

However please remember your warranty is
parts only
, as stated you are not covered for labour/installation costs nor are we liable for any repairs which result in the replacement parts causing damage to your property.

In the event of an electrical fault an electrical certificate would be required.
How long do I have to register for TPPP?
The service is only available up to 90 days from your purchase.
