I recently placed an order for a shower enclosure which I did over the phone so that I could discuss the options available. I was sent all the correspondence through the post and via email by Yasmin with whom I spoke to. Unfortunately the night before the shower was due to be delivered the owner of the property at which I live decided to withdraw the permission they had initially granted meaning I needed to cancel the enclosure which was already in my area ready for delivery the following day. Around 30 minutes later I had a call from Yasmin stating that she had spoken to the delivery company and she had managed to get the cost of return down to the same as what I paid for the item to be delivered to me. I would say that Yasmin is the most friendly, helpful, pleasant and customer friendly person I have spoken to, not just at your company but any company I have dealt with. I can′t thank her enough!
