At Bath Depot we live in the real world and from time to time things can go wrong, therefore we want to make your life easy, so in the event that you should need to contact us please fill out the form below.
If you would like to claim under our 12 or 24 month warranty, and it’s a shower or bath, please attach your copies of the registered plumber/electrician’s invoice(s) that fitted or connected your unit originally.
Alternatively if you are claiming for any other reason please attach any pictures you have to support your claim. (fill this form in first, then you will be given the opportunity to upload any pictures)
